This role partners with Recruiting and Sourcing leads, Recruitment teams, and cross-functional groups to ensure high-quality pipelines for business-critical and “always-on” hiring demand. The position plays a key role in driving sourcing strategy, maintaining candidate experience excellence, and delivering measurable resourcing outcomes.\nWhat you will do:\nWork with Recruiting and Sourcing leads to develop sourcing strategies for assigned areas.\nPartner closely with the Recruitment team to deliver candidate pipelines aligned to business demand.\nAct as a subject matter expert in sourcing for the assigned area.\nCollaborate with the Sourcing Associate Manager, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams to ensure appropriate sourcing channels and tools are in place.\nProactively source and submit pre-qualified talent with accountability for delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs.\nDeliver an excellent candidate experience by building and maintaining strong candidate relationships.\nCreate and deliver business updates and reporting in line with defined governance requirements, producing data-led insights.\nActively contribute to sourcing meetings, project plans, and initiatives with the wider Europe Sourcing team.\nCoach and develop team members to support capability growth.\nApply advanced sourcing methodologies including Boolean, X-Ray, and social sourcing techniques.\n Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders on recruitment best practices.\nProvide external market and industry intelligence to recruiters and stakeholders.\nBring experience delivering both high-volume recruitment campaigns and niche sourcing strategies.\nDemonstrate a collaborative approach and commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement.\nPossess proven experience sourcing direct candidates through multiple channels.\nDemonstrate proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using ATS, CRM, and reporting systems.\nBring a growth mindset with a proactive approach to professional development.\nDemonstrate fluency in English and German.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
