We do this by disrupting traditional employment barriers - connecting ambitious talent to flexible opportunities with trusted brands.\n Contract Duration: 12 months\nWork Set Up: Hybrid (3 days per week on site at the client office)\nOur client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Team Lead, Advertising Project Management (both online and offline ads), to lead a team of 6-12 Ads Packages Project Managers across the US, Canada, and LATAM, owning team performance, delivery quality, and client relationships across all three regions.\nThis role requires a confident leader with a strong executive voice, credibility to lead senior practitioners, presence to represent the team externally, and sound judgment to maintain program standards and resolve complex situations.\nWhat you will do:\nManage, mentor, and develop a team of 6-12 Project Managers across the US, Canada, and LATAM, including senior and highly experienced practitioners.\nSet clear performance expectations and deliver regular, actionable feedback.\nConduct weekly 1:1s with each Project Manager covering package status, wellbeing, and productivity.\nLead with conviction, bring a clear point of view, make decisions, and create clarity for the team.\nSupport onboarding and coach new Project Managers through their first 90 days with structured guidance and hands-on support.\nOwn and maintain team documentation, including policies, processes, best practices, guides, and training materials.\nMaintain visibility across all active campaigns and workstreams within the portfolio.\nManage team capacity, ensuring packages and projects are allocated and tracked across all three regions.\nKeep team capacity and delivery trackers current and accurate proactively.\nMonitor all P0 projects closely and maintain direct connection with the responsible Project Manager.\nDrive operational improvements that increase efficiency and scalability across North America, Canada, and LATAM.\nConnect regularly with clients across all three regions to align on team productivity, troubleshoot priority issues, and resolve risks before escalation.\nLead senior leadership meetings with client stakeholders, owning agendas and outcomes.\nServe as a confident and trusted senior point of contact for ongoing program health and high-stakes escalations.\nEscalate critical situations to the Delivery Lead within the same business day and initiate a recovery plan.\nSurface team-related performance, conflict, and risk issues proactively and handle them appropriately.\nMaintain an active pipeline of Project Manager candidates in partnership with the Delivery Lead.\nLead candidate selection and interviews alongside the Delivery Lead when adding or replacing Project Managers.\nRamp new hires through structured onboarding, including systems setup, Day 1 coordination, and augmented training.\nEnsure consistency in delivery standards and ways of working across North America, Canada, and LATAM.\nIdentify effective practices in one market and systematically apply them across other regions.\nCoordinate team travel requirements, including preparing estimates and quotations for approval.\nPartner with regional leadership to support program expansion and strategic goals.\n Manage 6+ direct reports, including team members who are more senior or experienced.\nOwn a quantified team target and maintain accountability for overall team performance.\nBring hands-on experience with live events and experiential activations, including venues, vendors, run-of-show, and on-site execution; strong exposure may be considered where direct experience is limited.\nUnderstand the client's creator culture and ecosystem.\nOperate comfortably in a fast-paced, flat, and direct environment, making decisions with incomplete information rather than waiting for structure or direction.\nPortuguese proficiency is a strong plus for LATAM coverage, but is not required.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
