This role ensures all creative requests are prioritised, assigned, and delivered efficiently with full visibility. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, effectively balancing multiple workstreams while fostering strong collaboration across team\nWhat you will do:\nAct as the central point of contact for workflow management and resource allocation, ensuring requests are prioritised, assigned, and delivered on time.\nManage the intake and review of creative briefs, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accurate assignment.\nRe-prioritise effectively when urgent requests arise, balancing business demands with creative team capacity.\nAllocate resources across projects, as well as ad hoc requests.\nMaintain clear visibility of team workloads, proactively balancing priorities to maximise efficiency.\nPartner with the Lead to support forecasting and resourcing strategies.\nKeep Workfront up to date by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring production commences on agreed dates.\nProvide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on capacity, timelines, and potential risks.\n Mid-weight traffic management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects and reprioritize quickly under pressure.\n2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally closer to 5 years.\nBackground in creative agency environments is strongly preferred.\nStrong organisational, communication, and time management skills.\nComfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.\nFamiliarity with project management tools such as Workfront is advantageous.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
