About The Role Hello Patient is seeking an Account Executive to build and accelerate our presence in the physical therapy market. You’ll own the full sales cycle -from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close - while building relationships with PT and orthopedic organizations and the operators and executives who run them. You’ll sell Mia, our AI-powered communication platform that automates high-volume patient conversations across phone, SMS, and chat. Mia helps healthcare organizations reduce administrative burden, improve patient access and experience, streamline referral management, and capture revenue that would otherwise be missed through billing and RCM workflows. This is a high-ownership role for a true hunter who understands the PT market and knows how to build relationships, create a pipeline, and close new business. Existing relationships or a strong network within the physical therapy market are highly valued.
