AI Ads Product Strategy\nDefine the product strategy for AI-driven advertising systems, including:\nAI-generated ad creatives (copy, image, video)\n\nAutomated campaign optimisation\n\nAudience targeting and personalisation systems\n\nIdentify high-impact opportunities to improve core metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rate\n\nTranslate growth and marketing needs into structured product and system requirements\n\n2. Ads System & Technical Design\nWork closely with engineering teams on the design of core advertising systems, including:\nAd ranking and recommendation systems\n\nBidding and budget allocation mechanisms\n\nAttribution and measurement models\n\nUnderstand and define end-to-end data flows: User events → tracking → data pipelines → modeling → optimization loops\n\nEvaluate trade-offs between performance, scalability, latency, and cost\n\n3. AI-Driven Growth Products\nBuild and scale AI-powered advertising products, such as:\nAutomated creative generation systems (text/image/video)\n\nCampaign optimization agents (budget, bidding, targeting)\n\nIntelligent decision-making systems for ad performance improvement\n\nDesign feedback loops between model outputs and real-world advertising performance\n\n4. Cross-functional Execution\nPartner closely with engineering, data science, and growth teams to deliver high-impact products\n\nWrite PRDs, technical specifications, and define clear success metrics\n\nDrive execution across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, iterative environment\n\n5. Data & Experimentation\nDesign A/B testing frameworks to evaluate ad performance and product impact\n\nUse data to guide product iteration and decision-making\n\nDefine and track key metrics such as ROAS, LTV, CAC, funnel conversion rates\n\nRequirements\nMust-have:\n3-7 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, or Ads/Growth-related roles\n\nStrong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)\n\nSolid technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience)\n\nAbility to reason about systems, data pipelines, and/or ML models\n\nExperience working closely with engineering teams on complex system-level products\n\nPreferred:\nExperience in performance marketing, growth, or ad-tech companies\n\nFamiliarity with:\nAuction and bidding systems\n\nRecommendation or ranking systems\n\nAttribution models (last-click, multi-touch, incrementality)\n\nExposure to AI/ML systems (especially LLMs or generative AI)\n\nExperience building 0→1 products in early-stage or fast-paced startup environments\n\nNice to Have\nExperience building advertising automation or growth optimization tools\n\nStrong intuition for marketing funnels (impression → click → conversion → retention → LTV)\n\nExperience with generative AI systems for creative production\n\nBackground in quantitative fields (Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics)\n\nWhat This Role Is Not\nNot a purely marketing or growth operations role without technical depth\n\nNot a Technical Program Manager focused only on execution and timelines\n\nNot a pure engineering role without product ownership and decision-making
