for:\nFeature Development and Implementation:\nDrive the design and implementation of new features across the full software stack, leveraging modern design patterns.\nDevelop, test, and maintain .NET applications.\nBuild and enhance the Vue.js front-end to deliver intuitive UI/UX.\nDevelop complex integrations between Helm CONNECT and third-party systems, including S4 Hana ERP.\nQuality Assurance and Standards:\nPerform code reviews and ensure design and coding adhere to Helm’s standards.\nManage project timelines while promoting high-quality standards within the team.\nTroubleshoot and debug issues effectively across front-end and back-end.\nCollaboration and Project Management:\nWork with PM, QA, and other developers in project planning to achieve high-value and high-quality solutions that meet business needs.\nParticipate in daily stand-ups, kick-offs, collaborative estimation, and retrospective meetings.\nGather requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and align technical solutions with business needs.\nCommunicate with clients and project managers to understand and implement their requirements.\nDatabase Management:\nDesign, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases.\nWhat you bring to the team:\nTechnical Expertise:\nComfortable with: C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres, JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue, HTML 5, CSS/Less\nStrong experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core/.NET 8).\nFront-end expertise with Vue.js (Vue 2 or Vue 3).\nDatabase management experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server.\nExcellent problem-solving and debugging skills across full-stack applications.\nExperience with third-party API integrations, particularly ERP systems, is a strong asset.\nCommunication:\nGood communication skills to interact with clients and PMs.\nAble to understand complex code and systems with support from senior engineers and able to contribute back to it.\nAble to communicate usability and technical concepts, proactive in raising questions or concerns.\nPassion and Continuous Improvement:\nEnthusiastic about developing the best software available and providing the ultimate customer experience.\nAn advocate for continuous in software development workflows.\nEducation, Certifications and Training:\nRelated Bachelor’s degree.\nA minimum of 3+ years of related experience.\nBonus points if you also have:\nMaritime Industry
