The ideal candidate is a skilled electrician with strong leadership abilities, a commitment to safety and quality, and a customer-focused approach.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and perform residential electrical installations, upgrades, panel changes, and service repairs.\nWire and connect HVAC units, furnaces, air handlers, water heaters, and other residential equipment.\nOversee installation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code.\nCoordinate with HVAC and plumbing teams to support cross-trade installations.\nRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.\nTroubleshoot electrical issues and ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards.\nCommunicate professionally with customers regarding work performed and system operation.\nComplete required permits, documentation, and service records.\nMaintain a clean, organized work area, including vehicles, tools, and equipment.\nProvide hands-on guidance and technical support to other technicians.\nQualifications:\n2- 10 years of residential electrical experience.\nFamiliarity with HVAC electrical systems and residential mechanical equipment preferred.\nStrong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive pay\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) with company match\nPaid time off and holidays\nCompany truck and gas card\nSupportive team culture with opportunities to help build and grow the electrical department\nWork Environment: \nWorks in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces.
