Our HVAC technicians are customer-service focused, knowledgeable, and work diligently with core values like integrity and accountability to ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and industry standards. \nBest-in-Class Benefits:\n Top-Tier earning potential - Earning range $80,000-150,000+ annually\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance.\n401(k) with company match.\nPaid time off and holidays.\nCompany truck and gas cards\nCompany Cell Phones & Tablets\nCompany uniforms and dry cleaning service\nOngoing training and career advancement opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConsult with clients on their indoor air; heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.\nDiagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems, and provide replacement options.\nPerform routine maintenance, including cleaning, filter replacements, and system tune-ups, when needed.\nProvide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about system performance, issues, and solutions.\nEnsure all work meets safety and industry regulations.\nMaintain accurate service records and document recommendations and repairs.\nWork independently and as part of a team to complete assigned jobs efficiently.\nStay up to date with industry advancements and best practices.\nQualifications & Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (Technical school or HVAC certification preferred).\nMinimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, service and repair.\nEPA certification, and Journeyman's license (a plus)\nKnowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.\nValid driver’s license and clean driving record.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nWork Environment:\nWorks in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
