Experience in residential electrical service highly preferred. \nValid Master Electrician License (as required by state/local regulations). \nExperience with field service management software (e.g., Service Titan or similar). \nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installation practices. Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety standards. \nProven leadership, communication, and team management skills. \nAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. \nA current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will work. \nMust be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test (must be able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs). \nWork Environment:\nWorks in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
