The successful candidate should be technically skilled, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced residential service environment. This is a full-time position and includes rotating on-call responsibilities. This position has high earning potential, pays by piece rate, and is eligible for commissions on qualified upsells.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInstall, replace, and repair residential plumbing systems and equipment, including water heaters, boilers, water supply lines, drain and sewer lines, gas lines, and related components..\nComplete re-pipes, water heater installations, drain and sewer work, and other residential plumbing projects.\nMeasure, cut, thread, fit, assemble, and connect piping using appropriate tools and techniques.\nWork with PEX, copper, PVC, ABS, cast iron, and other common residential plumbing materials.\nUse plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively, including pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, press tools, manometers, testing equipment, and power tools.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite throughout the installation process.\nCommunicate respectfully and professionally with customers regarding work performed.\nDocument details of all calls, including work completed, materials used, estimates, and recommendations.\nComplete all assigned tasks in accordance with company quality, safety, and customer service standards.\nQualifications & Requirements\n2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.\nPrevious experience performing residential plumbing installations and repairs.\nWorking knowledge of boiler piping, circulator pumps, expansion tanks, and zone valves preferred.\nKnowledge of applicable local plumbing and mechanical codes.\nJourneyman license is a plus.\nValid driver’s license with clean driving record.\nAbility to work independently and cohesively with team members, apprentices, and management.\nProfessional and customer-focused approach when working in residential homes.\nBENEFITS\nCompetitive pay and great work environment\nHealth Coverage: Comprehensive benefits - Medical, Dental, Life, Vision insurance\n401(k) retirement plan with partial company match\nCompany-provided iPhone and iPad\nPaid vacation and holidays\nFully equipped company truck with parts, equipment, and gas card (For Qualified Positions)\nTraining & Development: Continuous education and advancement opportunities\nCompany Culture: Supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nWorks in field environments across residential job sites, including homes, attics, crawl spaces, basements, garages, and other confined or unfinished areas. Operates hand and power tools, plumbing equipment, and company vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, communicate, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, dust, heat, cold, and varying jobsite conditions.
