You will work closely with marketing, digital, advocacy, content, and external partners to bring ideas to life and elevate the brand experience.\nYOU WILL\nDigital & Online Design\nDesign and optimize homepage banners, landing pages, and website assets.\nCreate engaging newsletter templates and email communication materials.\nDevelop visual concepts and assets for website gamification initiatives and interactive consumer experiences.\nProduce digital campaign creatives, web banners, animations, and promotional content.\nEnsure a seamless and brand-consistent customer journey across digital platforms.\nContinuously improve design performance through best practices, trends, and user-centric thinking.\nPrint & Offline Design\nCreate production-ready artwork for Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising and large-format printing.\nDesign merchandise and branded promotional materials.\nDevelop creative assets for magazine advertising placements and paid media campaigns.\nDesign brochures, leaflets, booklets, event materials, and other printed communication tools.\nCollaborate with printers, agencies, and production partners to ensure flawless execution and quality control.\nCreative Leadership\nAct as a brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.\nTranslate global creative assets into impactful local executions while maintaining brand integrity.\nLead the development of creative concepts from brief to final delivery.\nProvide creative guidance and mentoring to junior designers and external agencies when needed.\nStay ahead of design, technology, AI, and consumer experience trends, proactively bringing new ideas and innovations to the team.\nChallenge creative briefs and propose solutions that improve business impact and user engagement.\nRequirements\n4+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house environment.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating excellence across both digital and print design.\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.\nExperience working with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies.\nStrong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual storytelling, and user experience principles.\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of print production processes, specifications, and quality standards.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFluent in English; German is an advantage.\nBenefits\nWork flexibility\nWe give you the opportunity to adjust your work to your lifestyle.
