This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on responsibility for day-to-day people management, HR administration, and payroll coordination. The position offers a hybrid working model, with the possibility to work from Poznań, Szczecin, or Wrocław, and regular business travel to Poznań.\nLocation: Poznań, Szczecin, or Wrocław\nWorking model: Hybrid, with regular business travel to Poznań\nYOU WILL\nLead and oversee all HR activities, ensuring effective people management and alignment with business objectives.\nManage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development to employee relations and offboarding.\nOversee HR administration and personnel documentation in close cooperation with the HR and payroll administration team.\nCoordinate payroll processes in collaboration with the accountant, ensuring accurate employee data, timely inputs, and smooth monthly payroll operations.\nAdvise managers on HR matters, employee relations, performance management and employment legislation.\nEnsure compliance with Polish labour law and internal HR policies and procedures.\nDrive HR initiatives related to employee engagement, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and performance.\nAct as a trusted HR partner to the management team and collaborate with international stakeholders, including German-speaking colleagues.\nRequirements\nProven experience in a senior HR role, ideally as an HR Director, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner with broad HR responsibility.\nComprehensive knowledge of HR processes, Polish labour law, and personnel administration.\nExperience overseeing payroll processes and working closely with accounting or payroll specialists.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both management and operational teams.\nFluency in German to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.\nGood command of English would be a significant advantage.\nA proactive, hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational responsibilities.\nWillingness to travel regularly to Poznań.\nBenefits\nWork flexibility\nWe give you the opportunity to adjust your work to your lifestyle.
