The successful candidate will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, ensuring Agile principles and practices are effectively implemented across teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.\nThis role requires strong experience working in multinational organizations, engaging with globally distributed stakeholders, and supporting Agile transformation initiatives in complex corporate environments.\nYOU WILL\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.\nAct as a servant leader and coach, supporting Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions and achieving their objectives.\nRemove impediments and proactively address risks, dependencies, and challenges impacting team performance.\nPromote Agile values, principles, and best practices across teams and stakeholders.\nSupport Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and planning activities.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership in an international environment.\nSupport Agile transformation initiatives and help drive organizational Agile maturity.\nMonitor and improve team effectiveness through Agile metrics, feedback, and continuous learning.\nRequirements\nAt least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams within international organizations or global corporate environments.\nProfessional Scrum Master certification (PSM I required, PSM II preferred) or an equivalent certification such as CSM or SAFe Scrum Master.\nSAFe Agilist certification (or equivalent SAFe certification) and practical experience working within scaled Agile environments.\nStrong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.\nExperience working with distributed, cross-functional, and multicultural teams across multiple locations and time zones.\nProven ability to coach teams and stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive Agile adoption.\nHands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nStrong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.\nAbility to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships across all organizational levels\nBenefits\nWork flexibility\nWe give you the opportunity to adjust your work to your lifestyle.
