You will act as a coach, facilitator, and servant leader, helping teams strengthen collaboration, improve ways of working, and continuously address barriers to delivery. Working closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Engineers, and stakeholders, you will use data and team insights to improve delivery flow, team effectiveness, and product outcomes. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of agile and product ways of working across the organization.\nYOU WILL\nFacilitate effective Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily coordination, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring each session has a clear purpose and outcome.\nCoach Product Teams and stakeholders in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective product ways of working.\nSupport Product Owners in maintaining backlog readiness, quality, transparency, and prioritization.\nUse Jira and delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.\nFacilitate the identification, escalation, and resolution of impediments and delivery risks.\nDrive continuous improvement and ensure retrospective actions are followed through.\nPromote transparency around delivery progress, commitments, risks, and dependencies.\nFoster effective collaboration between Product Teams and stakeholders across the organization.\nSupport teams in improving planning discipline, backlog management, delivery flow, and team effectiveness.\nUse team-level delivery indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities.\nHelp teams build sustainable ways of working and increase their level of autonomy and self-organization.\nRequirements\nProven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Team Coach, or in a similar role within a product development environment.\nStrong practical knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and product-based ways of working.\nExperience supporting one or more Product Teams, preferably in a complex or cross-functional environment.\nStrong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Engineers, and stakeholders.\nExperience working with Jira and delivery/team metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.\nGood understanding of backlog management, refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery flow.\nAbility to facilitate resolution of impediments, dependencies, and delivery risks.\nA data-driven and pragmatic approach to continuous improvement and team effectiveness.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge constructively and build alignment.\nA coaching mindset focused on enabling teams to become increasingly self-organizing and effective.\nExperience turning retrospective insights into concrete and measurable improvements.\nAbility to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional, and distributed environment.\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\nBenefits\nWork flexibility\nWe give you the opportunity to adjust your work to your lifestyle.
