# Back End Developer

We are looking for an ambitious, experienced, driven, and solution-orientated individual that thrives in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. You will be an integral part of our custom development and professional services team and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver solutions to our clients. About you - must have: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent). 1-3 years of medium to large scale server-side software development experience. Good knowledge of CS fundamentals: data structures, the time complexity of algorithms, databases. Good knowledge of a backend programming language like Java, Python, Node, or Clojure. Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor) for code generation, fast context lookup, and refactoring. Knowledge of POSIX-compliant operating systems (we develop on Mac OS X and deploy on GNU/Linux). Experience in writing unit, functional, and regression tests. Experience in working with a distributed version control tool (we use Git). Good verbal and written communication skills. Display strong work ethics.
