Account Executive to ABAX Poland

What You'll Be Doing
Run deals through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to signed contract, with support and coaching from the team.
Find and approach potential customers in the Gdańsk area, creating your own opportunities.
Keep a clean, up-to-date pipeline in our CRM and own your daily and weekly activity towards monthly and quarterly targets.
Understand what customers struggle with in managing their vehicles, tools and equipment, and explain clearly how ABAX solves it.
Build relationships with prospects and handle conversations, including the difficult ones, with growing confidence.
Take part in training and coaching, and share what you learn with the rest of the team.

Nice-to-have
Previous sales or customer-facing experience.
Knowledge or working experience in a CRM such as HubSpot.
