experience as a QA Engineer or Quality Assurance Analyst in the healthcare, Medicare, or health insurance/payer industry.\nHands-on experience with functional and regression testing.\nKnowledge of system testing and release testing processes.\nExperience with API/interface testing and EDI testing.\nExperience designing and executing test cases and managing defects throughout the testing lifecycle.\nRelational database knowledge and practical experience writing SQL queries for data validation.\nStrong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with developers, technical teams, and clients.\nConversational proficiency in English and Spanish.\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.\nWould Be a Plus\nExperience working with healthcare payer processes, particularly claims, enrollment, provider management, authorizations, or encounters.\nKnowledge of UNIX.\nAbility to understand programming
