We are hiring Solar Canvassing Managers, Sales Reps and Telemarketing Lead Gen.

You will be trained to go door to door offering homeowners a FREE NO OBLIGATION Energy Efficiency Analysis, and introduction to our solar products. You will be generating leads and setting appointments for our solar energy consultants.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (Ability to read and speak Spanish is a plus, but not required)
• Ability to handle and overcome objections/challenges
• Trainable, with a willingness to learn
• Availability to work Mon-Fri 32-40 Hours per week
• Excellent people skills, a positive attitude and an outgoing personality Responsibilities:
• The ability to collaborate with our Solar Sales Consultants to help close deals
• Engage customers offering solar clean-energy solutions
• Meet team and individual sales goals set each week
