Je combineert systeembeheer van servers met eerste- en tweedelijnssupport voor eindgebruikers, voornamelijk binnen een Microsoft 365-omgeving. Daarnaast draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor onze volledige IT-infrastructuur. \nJe werkt zowel proactief (beheer, onderhoud, optimalisatie) als reactief (support, incidenten) en hebt een brede technische rol met impact op de dagelijkse werking van de organisatie. \n\nSysteem- en serverbeheer \nBeheer, opvolging en onderhoud van Windows-servers (on‑premises en/of cloud) \nStaging, configuratie en ingebruikname van nieuwe servers \nPatchmanagement, back-ups, monitoring en basis security \nDocumentatie van systemen en procedures \n\nMicrosoft 365 & Identity Management \nBeheer van Active Directory en Azure AD (gebruikers, groepen, rechten, policies) \nIntensief gebruik van Microsoft Admin Centers (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, Security & Compliance) \nConfigureren en beheren van O365-diensten zoals Outlook, Teams, SharePoint en OneDrive \nOndersteunen bij identity-, access- en device-management \n\nHelpdesk (1e & 2e lijn) \nEerste aanspreekpunt voor IT‑vragen en incidenten \nAnalyse en oplossing van hardware- en softwareproblemen \nEscalatie en opvolging van complexere issues \nOndersteuning en begeleiding van eindgebruikers \n\nWerkplek- en infrastructuurbeheer \nStaging, imaging en uitrol van pc’s en laptops \nInstallatie en configuratie van desktops, laptops en mobiele toestellen \nBeheer van printers, scanners en andere randapparatuur \nBasisbeheer van netwerkapparatuur (switches, firewalls, wifi, bekabeling) \nCoördinatie met externe IT‑partners en leveranciers \n\nBachelor IT/Informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (juniors ook welkom) \nSterke kennis van Windows Server, Active Directory en Microsoft 365 \nAantoonbare ervaring met beheer via de Microsoft Admin Centers (Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, Intune, Security & Compliance) \nErvaring met staging, imaging en deployment van servers, pc’s en laptops \nKennis van werkplekbeheer en hardware support (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners) \nBasis tot goede kennis van netwerken (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN) \nErvaring met 1e en 2e lijns IT-support en incidentopvolging \nGebruikersgericht, communicatief en service-minded \nAnalytisch sterk en
