In this role, you need deal with quality and efficiency of internal service and cross-functional coordination.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nCoordinate internal and external resources to provide department-level operational support for the Services Operation team in China.\nProvide data analysis and operational reporting to support management decisions, service quality and business performance improvement.\nAct as the key contact for cross-functional coordination and represent the Services Operation Support team in daily operational matters.\nSupport safety-related coordination, documentation and follow-up in cooperation with QHSE and relevant stakeholders.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nBachelor degree or above. Education in safety, engineering, marine, mechanical, electrical, business administration or a related field is preferred.\n3 years relevant experience in service operations, safety coordination, engineering support, project coordination, shipyard, marine or industrial operations is preferred.\nCandidates with practical HSE, site safety or engineering working experience will be given priority.\nGood English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, with the ability to handle English business information and emails.\nProficient in Microsoft Office.
