and maintain Windows Server infrastructure supporting business and security operations.\n\nAdminister Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, ADFS, Certificate Services and file services.\n\nMonitor the availability, performance and capacity of servers, systems and infrastructure.\n\nManage VMware virtual infrastructure, including server provisioning, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting.\n\nSupport Microsoft Azure, AWS and other cloud infrastructure platforms.\n\nProvide technical support for IT systems and infrastructure supporting security operations and business functions.\n\nTroubleshoot server, system, network and infrastructure-related issues and conduct root cause analysis.\n\nManage server patching, security updates, antivirus and other infrastructure security requirements.\n\nSupport IT infrastructure for security-related systems, operational applications and business-critical services.\n\nParticipate in infrastructure implementation, migration, upgrade and system enhancement projects.\n\nWork with internal teams, vendors and service providers to maintain reliable connectivity and availability of IT systems.\n\nManage IT incidents, problems and changes in accordance with established IT service management procedures.\n\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, implementation plans, system procedures and operational reports.\n\nMaintain accurate infrastructure and configuration records.\n\nSupport IT security, compliance, audit and business continuity requirements.\n\nProvide technical assistance and guidance to IT support staff and users.\n\nParticipate in scheduled maintenance, system upgrades and on-call support when required.\n\nRequirements:\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or a related field.\n\nStrong hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory administration.\n\nGood knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, ADFS and Certificate Services.\n\nPractical experience with VMware or other enterprise virtualization technologies.\n\nExperience supporting Microsoft Azure, AWS or OCI.\n\nKnowledge of IT infrastructure security, patch management, system monitoring and troubleshooting.\n\nGood understanding of IT service management and ITIL processes.\n\nExperience supporting infrastructure implementation, migration and upgrade projects.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaborate with technical, operational and business teams.\n\nExperience supporting business-critical or security-related systems will be an advantage.\n\nMicrosoft Azure or AWS certification is preferred.\n\nVMware certification is preferred.\n\nITIL
