implement, operate, and maintain enterprise and security network infrastructure supporting electronic security systems and customer environments.\nManage and administer network and security rule reviews, network segmentation, and secure remote access configurations.\nSupport system integration, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of security and network solutions.\nCollaborate with project, engineering, and technical teams to ensure secure and reliable solution deployment.\nMaintain documentation including network diagrams, system configurations, SOPs, maintenance reports, and incident records.\nSupport preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, system updates, and service improvement activities.\nCoordinate with vendors and subcontractors for technical support, equipment replacement, and solution deployment.\nEnsure compliance with internal security policies, customer requirements, and industry standards.\nProvide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams when required.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in network engineering, IT infrastructure, or electronic security systems environment.\nStrong knowledge of IP networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless networks.\nHands-on experience with firewall and network security devices such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, or equivalent platforms.\nExperience supporting CCTV systems, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and integrated security solutions.\nGood understanding of VPN technologies such as IPsec and SSL VPN.\nExperience in system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.\nFamiliarity with network monitoring, log analysis, and incident troubleshooting.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure network design practices.\nAbility to perform preventive maintenance and handle multiple site support activities.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced operational environments.\nGood communication and coordination skills for working with customers, vendors, and project teams.\nWillingness to work on-site and support after-office hours or emergency maintenance when required.\nFortinet NSE, PCNSE, or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.\nSecurity certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CISM will be an added
