The successful graduate/undergraduate will be an analytical problem solver, while also possessing the necessary soft skills that enable success in this field.\nResponsibilities include:\nParticipate in cross-functional project teams within manufacturing, vehicle production and supporting operations\nMake improvement recommendations to management based on observation and analysis\nAssist in the creation of world class internal processes in accordance with ISO 9001:2015\nInterface daily with team members at varying levels within the organization to promote the alignment of processes and systems.\nPerform quality inspections in accordance with documented procedures to ensure production quality is meeting customer standards\nDevelop and manage key metrics for measuring performance to a standard\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to acquire, assimilate, and analyze data from multiple systems and data sources using a variety of business intelligence and reporting tools.\nQualifications:\nCandidates be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields.\nIt is preferred the candidate has experience or coursework in Lean Six Sigma\nA strong record of team, project and/or people leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities\nDemonstrated outstanding academic achievement and an aptitude for your area of study\nMinimum cumulative grade point average of 2.8\nPlease note: This role subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements and as such, U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident or U.S. Person Status Required.\nHendrick is an Equal Opportunity employer.
