Applicant must be an energetic, focused and persistent self-starter who will continuously generate and follow-up on leads, prepare and present proposals and close business designed to ensure long-term customer satisfaction. \nH. Neumann Company is part of a network of 30+ mechanical service contractors throughout the United States. \nPosition Summary\nThe HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for commercial HVAC maintenance and service agreements. This individual will build strong relationships with building owners, facility managers, property managers, and other key decision-makers while helping customers protect their HVAC systems, reduce unexpected downtime, and extend equipment life.\nThe ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional with knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and a strong understanding of preventative maintenance and service solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain a pipeline of commercial HVAC maintenance and service opportunities.\nProspect for new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and other business development activities.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with commercial building owners, facility managers, property managers, and other decision-makers.\nIdentify customer needs and recommend preventative maintenance programs and service solutions.\nConduct customer visits and equipment assessments to understand existing HVAC systems and maintenance requirements.\nPrepare and present proposals, maintenance agreements, and service solutions tailored to customer needs.\nFollow up on proposals and negotiate contracts through close.\nDevelop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional HVAC services and solutions.\nWork closely with service technicians, project managers, estimators, and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met.\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of maintenance agreements.\nMaintain accurate customer, opportunity, and sales activity information within the company's CRM system.\nMeet or exceed established sales and revenue goals.\nStay informed on commercial HVAC technologies, equipment, maintenance practices, and industry trends.\nParticipate in networking events, trade associations, customer meetings, and other activities that generate new business.\nProvide excellent customer service and act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales process and beyond.\nQualifications\n3+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, building services, or related sales.\nStrong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and preventative maintenance.\nProven track record of developing new business and closing sales.\nExperience selling service agreements, maintenance contracts, or other recurring-revenue solutions is strongly preferred.\nStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to understand customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.\nSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently while collaborating with an internal team.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation.\nAbility to travel throughout the Morgantown and surrounding West Virginia markets as needed.\nPreferred Experience\nCandidates with
