What you´ll do Prospect Develop New Accounts: Identify and target high-potential customers, including retailers and strategic partners within the beauty sector. Lead Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive new account acquisition and achieve revenue growth targets.
Pitch Negotiate: Present the brand and product portfolio to potential customers, negotiate terms, and secure new distribution opportunities aligned with company objectives. Market Expansion: Research emerging US based markets, competitive activity, and industry trends to uncover new business opportunities. Sales Forecasting: Analyze historical sales trends and customer data to project potential growth across customers and channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to develop data-driven recommendations for pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies that support new account success. Sales Reporting: Track KPIs, pipeline activity, and ongoing account performance using internal reporting tools (e.g., Circana). Provide regular updates and insights to leadership.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in retail channels to optimize sales potential and brand presence.
