Conduct market and white-space analysis to identify expansion opportunities and optimize channel coverage.\nIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors to strengthen market presence and customer reach. Manage the full distributor lifecycle, including onboarding, capability development, performance reviews, and transition planning. Drive distributor performance through business planning, regular reviews, and data-driven feedback.\nEnsure compliance with channel governance standards and company policies. Lead distribution excellence initiatives, including distributor segmentation, capability building, transparency improvement, and reward recognition programs. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure effective execution of channel plans.\nMonitor distributor activities, market coverage, and project pipelines to support sustainable growth.
