About this Position We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Channel Manager to develop and execute channel strategies that accelerate business growth, strengthen our distributor network, and enhance route-to-market effectiveness. This role will be instrumental in driving distributor performance, channel governance, and distribution excellence while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the organization What you´ll do Develop and execute country channel strategies aligned with business growth priorities. Conduct market and white-space analysis to identify expansion opportunities and optimize channel coverage. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors to strengthen market presence and customer reach. Manage the full distributor lifecycle, including onboarding, capability development, performance reviews, and transition planning. Drive distributor performance through business planning, regular reviews, and data-driven feedback. Ensure compliance with channel governance standards and company policies.
