Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, OT, and IT teams to identify opportunities and implement digital manufacturing solutions.\nDrive the integration of Smart Factory Systems, SAP, MES, automation systems, and enterprise platforms to enable seamless data flow and process automation Analyze manufacturing and business data using Python, SQL, and advanced analytics techniques to generate actionable insights and continuous improvement opportunities. Lead project planning and execution, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Manage and mentor a team of engineers, analysts, and external partners, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.\nDevelop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness and business impact of digital solutions. Ensure compliance with company standards, cybersecurity requirements, data governance policies, and project management best practices.
