Acting as a bridge between factory-level needs and global digital strategies, ensuring that deployment reflects local IT/OT maturity.\nEnsure continuous availability, usability, and support of digital / I4.0 systems and applications. Conduct training, onboarding, and upskilling of plant personnel on digital tools and platforms.
