You will be the driving force behind various HR projects and initiatives, ranging from successful onboarding to employee exits. Wat ga je doen?\n\n Supporting HRBPs and managing day-to-day HR admin, HR communication and lifecycle related activities from onboarding to exit.\n\n Leveraging and analyzing data to support the HR Business Partners in making decisions.\n\n Contributing to HR projects and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement, wellbeing, DEI, or other initiatives you are eager to contribute to).\n\n Being an Studying/studied HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Law, or a related field at a WO/HBO university.\n\n Previous experience in HR is a plus, but not a must.\n\n Dutch language
