This role will serve as the technical bridge between customers, manufacturing sites, and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful product application, implementation, and customer satisfaction. What you´ll do Provide technical support and application engineering expertise for industrial products.\nWork closely with customers to understand technical requirements and support product implementation. Collaborate with manufacturing sites, technical teams, and sales colleagues to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction. Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ranging from simple applications to highly complex technical projects.\nAct as a key interface between customers and internal stakeholders throughout project execution. Participate in regular discussions with global teams across China, Europe, and Germany. Support customer visits, product evaluations, troubleshooting, and technical presentations.\nTravel domestically within Japan to visit customers and manufacturing facilities as required.
