training via appropriate formats: academies, webinars, at customer site, at Henkel\nfacilities, white papers, etc. Drives success of both Packaging and labeling projects Drives Technical Service direction with regional Sales, Marketing, PD, Product Management leads and BD To manage KPI results and drives innovation and continuous improvement Facilitates expertise and personal skill development of direct reports through internal and\nexternal training, project opportunities, mentoring/coaching and any other relevant approaches Complies with all Henkel and regulatory requirements for safety, legal and environmental
