Track project activities and follow up with vendors for timely delivery of solutions. Support testing activities including preparation of test cases, execution of UAT, and defect tracking.\nMaintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes. Assist in SharePoint, Power Apps, and other business application-related activities. Support data analysis and dashboard preparation using Excel and Power BI.\nAct as a coordination point between business users, vendors, and IT teams. Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
