Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.\n\nWhat you´ll do\n\n Support the successful delivery of investment and engineering projects in a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, budget, and timeline requirements.\n\n Work alongside experienced project managers and engineers on projects from planning through execution and implementation.\n\n Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, SHE, Procurement, and external suppliers.\n\n Track project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.\n\n Assist in preparing project documentation, presentations, reports, and project status updates.\n\n Gain hands-on experience with Henkel's Project Management Framework and develop practical project management and stakeholder management skills.\n\nWhat makes you a good fit\n\n Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related technical field.\n\n Strong interest in project management, engineering, manufacturing, and continuous improvement.\n\n Initial experience gained through internships, academic projects, student associations, or relevant extracurricular activities.\n\n Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools is considered a plus.\n\n Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.\n\n Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on and proactive mindset.\n\n Ability to work both independently and within a cross-functional team
