What you´ll do Commercial Strategic Growth:

Drive Sales Presence: Lead the e-commerce distributor and internal team to execute joint business plans across e-retailers, delivering sales targets (NES / L6% GES / C1% NES) and maximizing brand presence.
Propose and align new product launches (NPDs) and promotional strategies with key digital partners. Distributor Campaign Management:
Digital Excellence: Oversee and optimize online user experience-including aesthetics, content, navigation, and checkout funnels-by guiding distributor execution.
Omnichannel Integration: Streamline processes to align brand marketing with e-commerce activities, executing eMarketing programs that uphold brand equity. Budget Performance Optimization:
ROI Management: Manage eMarketing budgets and maximize ROI across all digital media and promotional investments.
Data-Driven Insights: Activate business drivers by tracking e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, profit) to derive actionable insights and deepen e-retailer working knowledge.
