Build and maintain strong relationships with Ulta buying teams and key stakeholders.\nLead account planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. Develop and execute strategies that drive distribution, placement, promotions, and retail sales. Leverage business insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to support decision-making and account growth.\nPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Education, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to execute key initiatives and product launches.
