The role is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, leading Lean Six Sigma projects, coaching project teams, strengthening the site Management Operating System (MOS), and embedding continuous improvement habits into daily operations. What you´ll do Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.\nIdentify and eliminate process waste through Lean methodologies and TIMWOOD principles. Conduct Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops, and structured problem-solving sessions. Drive data-driven decision making through analysis, insights, and performance tracking.\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and digital performance management tools. Strengthen the site's Management Operating System (MOS) and daily performance management processes.
