Manage 3PL partners to ensure service performance, cost control, and contract compliance. 3. Drive logistics planning including mid- to long-term capacity forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking. 4. Identify and implement logistics optimization initiatives (e.g., route optimization, load consolidation, warehouse relocation) 5.
