Asset Reliability Strategy incorporating preventive, predictive, condition-based, and reliability-centered maintenance methodologies to maximize equipment availability, extend asset life, and improve maintenance cost effectiveness Support sites to establish and monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives as required for all manufacturing equipment, systems, and processes at the plant to achieve key operational, quality assurance, health and safety, and cost optimization goals Support sites to develop and execute plant automation, controls modernization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve production performance, data visibility, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency Partner closely with Operations, Capital Investment, Health Safety, and Finance to achieve plant performance objectives and strategic business
