This hybrid (60% office/ 40% remote) role is based in Rocky Hill, CT, and is ideal for a proactive patent attorney who can independently identify and protect innovation, provide practical IP guidance to business and R D stakeholders, and manage a diverse global patent portfolio. What you´ll do Prepare and prosecute U.S. patent applications and manage U.S. and foreign patent counsel.\nConduct or oversee patentability, freedom-to-operate, validity, and related IP analyses. Advise R D, commercial, and business teams on patent, trade secret, and other IP matters. Draft and negotiate confidentiality, development, licensing, research, supply, and other IP-related agreements.\nProvide counsel to business teams and legal colleagues related to IP protection and risk.
