Что вы будете делать Руководство и развитие инженерной команды, формирование культуры безопасности, технической экспертизы и непрерывных улучшений. Управление инженерными и CAPEX-проектами на всех этапах: от разработки концепции и подготовки бизнес-кейса до ввода оборудования в эксплуатацию и закрытия проекта.\nПланирование и контроль бюджета инженерной функции (CAPEX/OPEX), обеспечение соблюдения сроков, бюджета и ожидаемого экономического эффекта проектов. Взаимодействие с подрядчиками, поставщиками оборудования и внутренними подразделениями (Производство, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance). Обеспечение соблюдения технических стандартов, корпоративных требований, норм охраны труда и промышленной безопасности.\nРеализация инициатив по повышению надежности оборудования, производительности, энергоэффективности и эффективности использования активов предприятия. Проведение анализа причин технических проблем и отказов оборудования, разработка и внедрение корректирующих действий. Внедрение новых технологий, автоматизации и цифровых решений для повышения эффективности производства.\nПодготовка инвестиционных обоснований (ROI, производительность, экономия затрат, снижение рисков) и участие в процессах согласования инвестиционных проектов.
