What you´ll do Promote and strengthen a world-class process safety culture across manufacturing, engineering, and operational teams globally.\nEstablish, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide process safety standards, procedures, governance, and management systems. Serve as the global subject matter expert for process safety and major accident prevention, providing technical guidance and support across sites and functions. Lead and oversee process hazard identification and risk assessment activities, including HAZOP, What-If Analysis, LOPA, Bowtie Analysis, FMEA, and Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA).\nEvaluate chemical reaction hazards, thermal stability, reactive chemistry risks, incompatibilities, runaway reactions, and explosion hazards. Review new processes, technologies, capital projects, and site modifications to ensure safe design principles and process safety requirements are incorporated throughout the project lifecycle. Provide assurance through audits, assessments, and compliance reviews related to engineering and process safety standards.\nPartner with regional and site leadership teams to identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen process safety performance. Develop and deliver process safety training, capability-building programs, and awareness initiatives across the organization.
