Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Manage Quality Control Laboratory, Wastewater Treatment operations, and the QC Calibration program. Support quality investigations of Internal nonconformances and/or Customer Complaints (NCMR/CCMS) with root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
Provide technical and quality support for manufacturing operations, product disposition, and batch adjustments. Support and maintain quality planning and change management processes, including APQP, PPAP, MOC, CTQ standards, and customer-specific requirements. Manage the Measurement System Analysis (MSA) program and ensure measurement systems are accurate, capable, and compliant with Customer and ISO/IATF requirements.
Drive Quality Management System compliance and continuous improvement through IATF 16949, ISO 9001, SQC, statistical analysis, quality metrics, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
