Collaborate with cross-functional R D teams - including product development, analytical, and packaging - as well as supply chain partners throughout the product development lifecycle.\nContribute to the design, optimization, or scale-up of manufacturing processes that meet critical quality specifications for new or existing adhesive products. Participate in innovation and cost-saving initiatives with the potential to see your work implemented in commercial products.
