In addition, the role provides light executive and business support to sales leadership, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, team communications, and event administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the commercial organization.\nWhat you´ll do Support day-to-day sales operations, including quotations, pricing requests, customer inquiries, and commercial coordination. Manage customer and product master data across Salesforce, SAP, and other business systems. Maintain pricing information, support rebate administration, and coordinate with Finance on commercial processes.\nPrepare sales and operational reports, business reviews, dashboards, and performance analysis. Provide support to regional sales teams by delivering data insights and managing reporting requirements. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.\nAct as a key contact for internal and external inquiries, supporting issue resolution and follow-up actions. Support sales meetings, leadership reviews, travel arrangements, and team administrative activities.
