Lead technical response during major incidents and critical outages. Coordinate with infrastructure, security, application, telecom, MSP, and vendor teams.\nSupport enterprise networking, including Cisco, HPE Aruba, Silver Peak/Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN, and multi-provider WANs. Diagnose routing, connectivity, latency, packet loss, and network performance issues. Manage and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate, Palo Alto (including Panorama), and Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, Client Connector) environments.\nReview, implement, and validate high-risk network/security changes with rollback planning. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Problem Management, and drive continuous service improvements. Mentor junior engineers and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.\nSupport infrastructure upgrades, migrations, automation, monitoring, and operational standardization. Ensure compliance with SLAs, ITIL Incident/Problem/Change Management, and security policies.
