Setup a Governance Operations dashboard for regular steering and reporting. Participate in community and management meetings.\nShare knowledge with and support Power Factory team in shaping business solutions. Drive innovation through workshops/hackathons, pilot programs, and R D initiatives. Monitor system health and steer operations of the platform.\nEnsure SLA's, completion of operational tasks, and successful completion of support tickets.
