Serve as the quality subject matter expert, partnering with cross-functional teams to provide guidance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nOwn and enhance the Management of Change (MOC) process, including reviewing change projects, assessing customer impact, and defining communication and approval requirements. Manage OEM customer Product Change Documents (PCDs), ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with project changes.
