The Fleet Analyst is responsible for supporting the operational and financial performance of the fleet through data analysis, reporting, and system management. This role will work closely with Fleet Operations, Finance, and Procurement to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and optimization of fleet assets and processes. Our rich diversity of people and ideas makes us a stronger, more innovative organization.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities:\nFleet Compliance & Documentation\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records for all vehicle and equipment registrations, inspections, and insurance policies\n\nMonitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewals in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements\n\nOrganize and manage fleet documentation in company systems and files\n\nMaintenance & Repairs Coordination\n\nCoordinate preventative maintenance schedules for fleet vehicles and construction equipment\n\nRespond to repair needs and work with internal maintenance teams and external vendors to minimize downtime\n\nTrack service history, repair costs, and maintenance intervals for all assigned assets\n\nEquipment Logistics & Mobilization\n\nCoordinate the mobilization, transportation, and demobilization of equipment to and from job sites across the region\n\nPartner with project managers and field supervisors to align equipment delivery schedules with project timelines\n\nEnsure proper permits, routing, and documentation are secured for equipment transport\n\nEquipment Requests & Allocation\n\nTrack and manage incoming equipment requests from field operations\n\nAllocate equipment based on availability, project priority, and operational needs\n\nBilling & Cost Tracking\n\nTrack equipment usage and assist in preparing billing for internal cost allocation or external invoicing\n\nMonitor and report on costs related to maintenance, repairs, fuel, and transportation\n\nSupport cost control efforts and provide data for budgeting and forecasting\n\nVendor & Internal Coordination\n\nServe as a point of contact for local vendors, repair facilities, and transport providers\n\nCollaborate with corporate fleet, safety, and accounting teams to ensure alignment with company policies\n\nMaintain strong communication with field personnel, superintendents, and project teams\n\nQualifications\nQualifications:\n2-5 years of experience in fleet coordination, equipment management, or construction operations\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail\n\nKnowledge of vehicle and equipment compliance requirements (registrations, insurance, inspections)\n\nExperience coordinating maintenance and working with third-party vendors\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet or asset management systems\n\nStrong communication and problem-solving
