This role supports operations with contracting needs including reviewing, redlining, and negotiating upstream and downstream construction contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and credit applications, as well as requesting related insurance and bonds. The position may also involve dispute resolution and negotiation, as well as coordinating responses to subpoenas and other legal documents.
